My experience with D was monumental during the most difficult grieving period of my life. We only had one session and I felt spiritually connected and supported through their process. There were a few "aha" moments that have helped guide me through my grief journey too. If you decide to try a session, I'm sure they'll be able to provide you with the support and insight that has been a huge help to my understanding of grief and connecting to spirit too.

GRIEF CARE

We are living through unimaginably painful, difficult times. If we are aware of what is happening in the world around us, it can feel impossible to keep our head above the waters of grief. Add on our personal griefs and losses — whatever they may be — and we have a recipe for total disconnection.

There is a call for us from the systems of the world to shut down these aching feelings we are having. There is a quiet request for us to harden our hearts and live instead from our thinking minds — because if we allow ourselves to make space for and explore these feelings, we are called towards change, on a personal and collective level. Power structures are threatened by this change, as they thrive on things staying the same.

In these times, I ask of you — don’t shut down your grief. Don’t endlessly numb it with distraction, or run from the overflowing pressure that wants to carve a new landscape of your body. Meet it. Even if you are bruised and broken, the mirror tells all.

Please. Where possible, soften. Listen to the messages your grief asks of you. Allow yourself to be vulnerable. Reach out for support where you need it. I am here as a supportive person and space, if you are called towards being seen and held in this time.
